Project Description

These photos show a woman in her early 40s before and after filler injections to her lower eyelids and midface. ⠀ ⠀ After the procedure, the shadowing under her eyes is improved and there is a smoother transition from the lower eyelids to the cheeks. Reducing the dark circles under her eyes helps her look refreshed and less tired. Not that she still looks natural and doesn’t look puffy or overcorrected.⠀ ⠀ Two vials of filler were used to produce this result. In my opinion, she would look even better with more vial of filler in her midface to fully correct her left side. When is the right time to stop? The patient was very happy with her result and didn’t feel the need for additional correction. ⠀ ⠀ When it comes to cosmetic treatments, I think it’s important to try to help patients achieve the look they are going for and not push them to do more. We can always add more filler down the line if the patient changes her mind or once some of the filler goes away.⠀
