These photos show a woman in her late 40s who underwent lower blepharoplasty surgery and removal of fat pockets from the inner corner of her upper eyelids (without skin removal). Removal of excess fat in the upper and lower eyelids leads to a more youthful, less tired look. Note that she still looks natural and doesn’t look overdone.
