These photos show a man in his mid 50s before and after upper and lower blepharoplasty surgery. Before surgery, the extra skin on his upper eyelids and puffiness in his lower eyelids lead to a tired, aged appearance. After surgery he looks more vibrant and youthful, but still looks like himself. He is only two weeks after surgery in this photo, so he will look even better in a few months when the small amount of residual swelling improves.
