These photos show a man in his early 60s before and three months after upper and lower blepharoplasty surgery. No fillers were used in this case. Removing the excess upper eyelid skin and under eye bags gives him a more youthful, less tired look. Notice how he still maintains his masculine features after surgery. He still looks like himself – just a younger less tired version.
