These photos show a man in his early 50s before and six months after upper and lower blepharoplasty surgery. No fillers were used in this case. After surgery he has a more youthful, less tired look but doesn’t look fake or overdone. Note how his eyes are more open and less baggy, while maintaining his masculine look.
